  • Are You a Good Fit?

    Here's the criteria:

    B2B Company (Commercial ONLY) ✅

    You are owed money by companies, insurance groups, LLCs, corporations, subcontractors etc. NOT people, consumers, homeowners

    You Have Supporting Documentation  

    You have client contracts, unpaid invoices, work orders, POs, estimates, email correspondences etc. NOT just verbal/text agreements

    You Care Most About Profitability 

    You want the most money as quickly as possible. You understand getting the cheapest rate in collections means you get the worst ROI

    You Communicate & Are Coachable 

    You answer emails, are open to feedback, are reasonable to deal with and understand our interests are mutually-aligned (we only get paid when you do)

    Bonus Points If... 

    You are in construction, commercial real estate, property management, logistics, distribution, transportation, software, tech, marketing, supply, wholesale, import/export, professional services, funding, lending, MCA

    Who Owes You Money

    Here's the criteria:

    1

    Companies (Commercial ONLY) ✅

    You are owed money by companies (NOT individuals) that are based in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia & other 1st world countries

    2

    Under 2 Years Old  

    The debt you're owed is within the last 2 years. In other words, the last invoice date or date your contract was breached was within the last 24 months

    3

    Is A Real, Operational Company 

    If the company that owes you is out of business, bankrupt, or a solopreneur like an insurance agent or realtor, it's not a fit

  • Disqualifications

    Here's the criteria:

    1

    You're Owed Money by Individuals

    People, homeowners, consumers, solopreneurs like insurance agents, realtors are a NO etc. These are ALL consumer and are not a fit

    The Debt is Over 2 Years Old

    Sometimes in certain States we can go back up to 3 years, but most of the time we collect debts up to 2 years old

    Your Debtor is Gone/Non-Existent

    The company that owes you is long out of business, bankrupt, etc. Even if you have a Personal Guarantee, it's probably not a fit

    Your Debtor is Tough to Reach 

    If your debtor is a scammer, or lives in a 3rd world country, then that's not something we'd want to invest our resources in

    You Are a Micromanager 

    We do NOT invest our resources in folks who are annoying to deal with. We're the top performers that get you the most money. Let us get the job done so you can get paid ASAP

    You Aren't Organized 

    To get you paid, we may need additional documentation, an explanation of certain things... you must reply to our emails and be helpful in order to get paid
